India Business Visa Application

Hello..hello, i wann share about applying business visa to India. Tourist Visa maybe next time ye.

Every person who wants to visit India will need to apply for a visa even though just for a day. This is my experience applying for business visa to India.

Steps :

1. Take picture from a photo shop, tell them you want India Visa picture (2x2 size with white background) and scan into your computer.

2. Access India Visa Application website (https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/index.html)  and choose "Regular Visa Application"

3. Complete the form. Once you reach the last page it will show few buttons and  if you are ready then attched the picture according to the instruction. 

4. Save and submit. It will give you a registration reference number. Write it down for your reference. Then print the form. You'll see the print button.

5. Set aside the form.

Documents needed :

1. 2 hard copy pictures (the same picture you uploaded)

2. Photocopy IC
3. Photocopy Passport
4. Invitation letter from India (company you are visiting)
5. Business registration certificate from India (company you are visiting)
6. Letter from your company in Malaysia
7. Business registration from your company in Malaysia


Bring all documents and photocopy of the form to the Visa procesing office located at:
Strait Building, Lebuh Pasar Besar, KL (Just beside Dataran Merdeka, opposite of Agro Bank)

Better take Uber or Grab because it's hard to park your car around that area.

Go to the recep counter to get number then follow the instruction.

Thw officer will ask if you want to use express lane amd you have to pay additional. They'll give receipt for claim purposes. 

If all clear, you can get your passport with Visa on the 3rd day from the application day.

** Remember to bring all the documents with you to India. Most of the time their immigration officer will ask to check.
